Ben Gaignierre has joined the Great Hallingbury Manor hotel in Bishop's Stortford as general manager. He is tasked with leading a team of 30 at the 31-bedroom country house hotel, which is part of Legacy Hotels and Resorts. Gaignierre previously managed Legacy Hotel venues in the Midlands, South-west and Wales.
