Falcon’s latest char-grill is chef-friendly in design and energy efficiency
As char-grills continue to gain popularity among chefs for the fresh, more moist and healthier food which char-grilling produces. Falcon Foodservice Equipment spent time in 2006 looking at the whole design concept of a modern char-grill and have now produced what they say is the most chef-friendly char-grill available.
Features on the Falcon G2625 char-grill include new radiant design which offers an extended cooking area, delivering very even cooking performance irrespective of where on the grill the food is cooking, so allowing for maximum use of the grill cooking area.
A double-sided brander bar eliminates excessive flaring and smoke within the kitchen. A further kitchen environment-friendly feature is by removing the need for charcoal by using gas fired steel radiants, the Falcon G2625 gives a cleaner kitchen through a reduction in smoke.
