Sold in 12 x 1-litre packs or 10-litre bags, Millac Gold has an ambient shelf-life of nine months.

Millac Coconut Cream, which is squeezed from fresh coconut, can be used in Oriental soups such as Spicy Thai Prawn Soup or Sweet Potato and Coconut Soup.

The coconut cream, which is microwaveable and bain marie-stable, sells in 12 x 500ml packs with an ambient shelf life of 16 months. Both creams must be refrigerated and used within three days after opening.
