Five of Heinz's most popular sauces have been combined in a variety pack based on the award-winning SqueezMe! pod format to help caterers provide a more varied offer.
"We understand some smaller operators and outlets, mainly in the fish and chip arena, are keen to offer customers a greater choice of SqueezMe! flavours, but do not necessarily need them in the same quantity," explained Heinz Foodservice brand manager Tal Drori.
Each pack contains 80 sauce pods - 20 Heinz Mayonnaise, 20 Heinz Garlic Mayo, 20 Heinz Tartare, 10 HP Brown and 10 HP BBQ.
The ergonomic, portion-controlled pods hold 26ml of sauce, twice the amount found in the average sachet, and allow operators to charge a premium price of 15p or more per pod.
