La Rose Noir tartelette shell

La Rose Noir's new line of hand-made tartelette shells, created by award-winning Swiss pastry chef and master chocolatier Gerard Dubois, are hand-coated to prolong their crispy texture.

The sweet pure-butter tartelettes are covered in white chocolate, and the butter-and-herb savoury tartelettes in egg white, to retain crunch.

The premium straight-sided shells are available as small canapés (in 216-piece packs) and petits fours sizes alongside larger shells for individual desserts, which start from 45 pieces per pack.

They are available exclusively from Town & Country Fine Foods for next-day delivery.
