James Heslegrave has been appointed general manager of the Wensleydale Heifer in West Witton, Yorkshire. His career history includes positions at a number of large corporate businesses and privately owned restaurants such as Paris restaurant and Plush Champagne and Cocktail Bar, both in Leeds; Villu Toots in Harrogate; and the Michelin-starred Yorke Arms at Ramsgill.
Heslegrave's remit will be to assist in further developing the business following a recent £400,000 expansion project that saw the refurbishment of a neighbouring house into four super-deluxe rooms.
