Celebrity chef and food writer Maria Elia has been named consultant chef at the Kings Arms restaurant, bar and rooms in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. Assuming responsibility for the on-going creation and evolution of the food menu, Elia aims to better utilise local sources and suppliers to emphasise provenance.
The Kings Arms has recently undergone a £1.2m refurbishment.
