Eibhear Coyle promoted to executive chef director of catering at Lancaster London hotel
Eibhear Coyle has been promoted to the newly created role of executive chef director of catering at Lancaster London hotel, overlooking Hyde Park.
Coyle spent six years working as the executive chef resort operations at Atlantis Paradise Island Resort in the Bahamas. Prior to this he held the position of premier sous chef at The Savoy Hotel, London for four years.
