Ahead of the Bahrain Formula One Grand Prix this weekend contract caterer BaxterStorey has raced ahead with its second deal to cater for an F1 team.
BaxterStorey’s first win since merging with Holroyd Howe last year sees the caterer feeding up to 600 staff at Honda’s F1 team’s head office and factory in Brackley, Northamptonshire.
Services provided include vending, hospitality and a 24/7 staff restaurant service. The contract is valued at £600,000 in turnover a year.
William Baxter, deputy chief executive of BaxterStorey, said: “We’re always keen to work with the best in class companies and Honda truly represents this. As a team of motor sport junkies here at BaxterStorey we couldn’t be happier.”
BaxterStorey already caters for Honda rival the Red Bull Racing Team, based near Milton Keynes.
