Emile Tissot has introduced a new selection of non-meat main course products. The range includes: cauliflower cheese; potato dauphinoise (sliced potatoes in a cream and garlic sauce topped with Cheddar cheese); chunky ratatouille (a mix of aubergines, courgettes and peppers in a tomato, garlic and herb sauce); and red cabbage, braised in apple sauce with onion red wine, redcurrant jelly and spices. Depending on variety, the dishes come in cases sizes of 2 x 1,198g, 2 x 1,428g or 2 x 1,528g.
