Sushi has become a familiar food in the UK over the past few years, and now corporate caterers, hotels and event organisers in the North of England can benefit from having a dedicated sushi supplier on their doorsteps. Leeds-based Sisushi has been set up by Simon Baskind and Simon Phillips to provide a wide range of fish and vegetarian options developed with the help of a specialist sushi consultant from Japan. The sushi, which is handmade fresh every day, is low in fat and carbohydrates, and gluten-free.
