Galvin at Windows, London

Set on the 28th floor of the Hilton Park Lane, this iconic restaurant and bar has undergone a major transformation under the guidance of chef Chris Galvin. The French-inspired menu is served in a 1930s-style interior with sweeping views of Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace.

  • Food: Galvin, along with head chef André Garrett, formerly of Conran's Orrery in Marylebone, have created dishes including terrine of duck foie gras with toasted pain de campagne, followed by whole Dover sole, clams, cockles and sauce bouillabaisse and carpaccio of golden pineapple, coconut sorbet and chilled lime syrup for dessert.
