The Eden Hotel Collection has announced that Adam Brown will be head chef of the newly acquired Brockencote Hall hotel. Brown was head chef of the Eden Hotel Collection's Arden hotel, where he gained two AA Rosettes for the hotel's restaurant shortly after its opening. He ran his first kitchen at 25 years of age, and has since won recognition including being named Coventry Chef of the Year and a finalist Midlands Chef of the Year competition.
