Russell Ford has joined One08 Restaurant & Bar, located in the heart of Marylebone Village, as executive head chef. He was previously head chef at One08's sister venue Aubrey restaurant at the Kensington hotel. Ford started his career at London's Michelin-starred Oak Room at Le Meridien hotel before a stint in Melbourne, after which he returned to the UK for positions at the Dorchester and the Grove in Hertfordshire.
