Red wine sauce from Macphie

Macphie aims to help caterers save time with a ready-to-use Red Wine Sauce. Made with red wine and veal stock, it's designed to complement a range of meats, including beef, pork, poultry and game. It's suitable for various cooking methods, including microwaving and pan-boiling, and suggested recipes include boeuf bourguignon, coq au vin and sausages with red wine onion gravy. Ambient shelf life is nine months, and it will keep in the fridge for a week once opened.
