GuestInvest lines up more 'buy-to-let' hotels

Friday 03 February 2006 00:00

Hotel investment company GuestInvest launched a prototype of its second property Nest at Paddington station this week and revealed it has a third site in the pipeline in Bermondsey, south London.

Following on from the original Guesthouse West in London's Notting Hill, rooms at the new 170-bedroom hotel in Queens Gardens, Paddington, are available from £175,000.

The hotel is due to open in early 2007 but rooms will be sold off plan from this spring. Johnny Sandelson, founder of GuestInvest, described the rooms as appealing to those who recognise craft skill and appreciate good design.
