 Michael JenningsGary Rhodes is introducing a new head chef, Michael Jennings, to Rhodes South, his restaurant in the grounds of the Christchurch Harbour Hotel in Dorset.

Jennings started his career with a placement at Gleneagles hotel, before spending six years at the Michelin-starred Bohemia restaurant in Jersey.
