Speciality seafood supplier Lyons Seafoods has introduced a new range of ready meals, called the Cuisine Range. The first two dishes in the range are a prawn balti and a salmon fillet in lobster and dill sauce. Both can be poached in the bag for 10 minutes, or microwaved for four minutes. Portions are 280g and can be cooked from frozen.
Prices: prawn balti £2.22 per portion, salmon fillet £2.75 per portion (in cases of 12 x 280g portions)
