Cadbury Trebor Bassett, based in Maple Cross, Hertfordshire, has appointed Simon Baldry managing director. He was managing director of Cadbury Schweppes Eastern Europe.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has made a couple of promotions. Jane Burnell has been promoted from regional director of sales to regional director of sales Europe, based at the company's worldwide sales office in London. Fiona Williams has been promoted from regional sales manager to senior sales manager, also based at Four Seasons' worldwide sales office.
