This week's featured property has oodles of potential for the right buyer looking to grow the business.

Currently being run by a caretaker as it awaits a buyer, the Jack Fuller's Inn is a pub-restaurant business with an additional income offered by its six letting bedrooms.

Located in the East Sussex village of Brightling, the pub is named after a local character. It is said that in order to get his pyramid mausoleum erected in the churchyard the vicar made Jack Fuller agree to move the local pub from opposite the church to the other end of the village, where it was less of a temptation for churchgoers.

The Grade II-listed building, which is believed to date back to 1722, is arranged over three floors with an attached coach house that is used as an additional restaurant area. Features include vaulted ceilings and open fireplaces.

Offers for the freehold interest of the substantial property are invited in the region of £850,000. For more information contact Mike Fordham at local property agents Foresters on 01435 865477.
