Punch Taverns has bought The Coppice Inn at Lanner, for a figure close to the guide price of £850,000. Previous owners Steve and Sheila Luxton have established a successful freehouse, with trade in excess of £400,000 per annum. Owner accommodation includes a two bedroom flat and a separate cottage.
