Charlton House keeps on rolling
Charlton House has gained three new contracts with total annual sales of £1.7m. The caterer started a five-year contract on 1 July serving 1,400 staff at the Department of Transport in London. It has also recently begun a three-year deal at the Transport Research Laboratory at Crowthorne, Berkshire, and another three-year contract with financial services company TML Financial Solutions at Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Hampshire.

Kostal switches to four-year deal
Catering Partnership has gained a four-year, £150,000-turnover deal with electronics manufacturer Kostal in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Catering Partnership took over the contract from Eurest on 28 June. It involves providing breakfast, lunch, evening meal and vending for 400 Kostal employees.

Sodexho starts cashless contract
Sodexho has started a three-year, £400,000-turnover contract at one of the largest secondary schools in England. At Oxted School in Surrey, 15 Sodexho staff serve 2,150 pupils breakfast, a mid-morning snack and lunch. The school has installed a cashless payment system.

Eurest takes care for longer
Eurest has extended its contract with care home provider Ashbourne Healthcare for a further three years. The deal, with annual sales of £11m, is to provide a full catering service for 6,500 residents at Ashbourne's 120 care centres throughout the UK. Eurest has held the contract with Ashbourne Healthcare since 1991.

WSH deals make the news
Wilson Storey Halliday (WSH) has won £3m-worth of new business in the past three months, including deals with ITV, GE Capital Finance, Travelex and Ove Arup. WSH's contract with ITV started in mid-June and involves catering and hospitality across four UK sites, including the television company's London headquarters and its Manchester studios.
