Each winter thousands of skaters visit the Natural History Museum Ice Rink. The two storey Cafe Bar structure provides hot, cold and alcoholic refreshments to many of these visitors as well as hosting children’s birthday parties, office parties and exclusive corporate events.
IMG UK Ltd, the organisation that manages the Ice Rink on behalf of the Natural History Museum, invites capable and financially secure parties to express an interest in submitting proposals to operate the catering offer within the Cafe Bar structure from November 2011 onwards.
