Kenneth Syer is the new manager of Duck's at Le Marché Noir restaurant in Edinburgh. He was formerly the manager at Bar Epernay and Brasserie at the Mailbox shopping arcade in Birmingham. And Jennie Nilsson has been appointed marketing manager of Duck's Restaurants and Rooms, also in Edinburgh. She was previously manager of Get Shirty, a shirt retailer in the Scottish capital.
