Lindsay Tocher has been promoted to the role of chief operating officer for contract caterer Sodexo's Global Offshore and Marine business. He moves from his current role as senior vice-president for Europe - a post he has held for the past six years. Although still based in the UK, Tocher will now have a global remit for all of Sodexo's business in these sectors.
