Former RAF senior chef Matthew Lightfoot has joined Jasper's Franchise to head up its food development team. He spent 10 years in the Royal Air Force, most recently at RAF Odiham in Hampshire where he worked within the Catering Squadron feeding up to 1,500 personnel. Lightfoot's new role sees him introduce new products and menus throughout the year; manage suppliers and costs; train new franchisees and their teams on all menus, food production processes and running of their kitchens.
