Manjit Gill has bought the leasehold on the Star public house in Wolverhampton from pubs and clubs group Calco Midlands.
Along with two main trading rooms, the recently-refurbished pub has a three-bedroom owner’s accommodation, a car park and a patio area.
Gill paid a sum close to the £165,000 guide price for the leasehold on the property, which was marketed by Fleurets in Birmingham.
