The search for over 250 staff at the new St Pancras Renaissance hotel gets under way in earnest with an invitation-only recruitment day on Monday 6 December.
Due to open in March 2011, the five-star, 245 bedroom hotel at St Pancras International Station aims to attract a high calibre of staff across all departments.
Candidates will have the opportunity to take a sneak preview of the Marriott-operated hotel through the station’s former booking office, soon to be the new hotel's bar and restaurant.
Kevin Kelly, the hotel’s general manager, said: “Due to the calibre of candidates we are looking to employ at the hotel it was integral that our recruitment process took a unique approach to what has previously been witnessed on the luxury hospitality scene and having worked closely with my director of HR, we feel confident that this process will ensure that our goals and objectives for employees of the hotel is met and even exceeded.”
