The deadline for entering the McCain Signature Dish Competition 2009 has been extended to 7 March.
The competition, run in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs is open to chefs in their third year as students or first year working and requires them to create their own signature dishes incorporating products from the McCain Signatures range.
The winner and their college or employer will receive £1,000 each and three runners-up will win £750 each.
