Greek-style rolls for buffets and starters, and Spanish paella as a centre-plate dish, are two new offers from Woodward. The rolls (pictured above) contain feta cheese, mint, vine leaves and rice wrapped in a light pastry, and can be cooked from frozen in three minutes. The paella contains mussels, squid and chorizo sausage with olive oil, saffron and white wine. The individually portioned 400g helpings should be defrosted and then steamed or cooked in a bain-marie for about 10 minutes, or microwaved.
