If you want to offer more than just coffee and tea, Ingrams-ServEquip (or ISCO - the name for the new company created by ServEquip's purchase of Ingrams) can supply a new Italian dispenser from Ugolini. Called the Delice, the unit is available in chrome, gold or black, and measures 24cm (wide) x 32cm (deep) x 49cm (high). Features include a five-litre mixing bowl, a front dispensing tap and an adjustable thermostat. The supplier says that the machine can be used to dispense other hot drinks, such as soup.
