A prime London location with full planning permission for a 300-bedroom hotel has been put on the market.
Situated on Waterloo Road 300m south of Waterloo Station, the half-acre site is within walking distance of the London Eye and the Houses of Parliament. It is also close to major international employers such as Shell, IBM and MI6.
Owen Ellender, development expert at CBRE Hotels, the company marketing the land, said that it is rare for several desirable components – a zone 1 location, freehold tenure and granted planning permission for hotel use – to be available in one opportunity. “We are expecting a very high level of interest as a result,” he said.
