Contract caterer Elior UK has won a five-year deal to provide catering services at the National Maritime Museum's new restaurant and café, which is opening this summer.
The 16"W Brasserie will feature a globally influenced menu devised in consultation with chef Anton Edelmann. Its wine list will comprise a selection of classics, New World varieties and English wines.
The Museum Café will feature a fresh juice bar, barista coffee counter and grab-and-go options aimed at visitors wishing to picnic in Greenwich Park.
It will offer a British menu, including deli sandwiches, afternoon teas and home-baked cakes and pastries.
Both the café and the newbrasserie will be front-facing, with glass walls and external dining areas overlooking Greenwich Park.
The café has capacity for 100 people inside and 60 outside, while the brasserie holds 60 inside and 40 outside.
The 16"W Brasserie and Museum Café are expected to open on 14 July.
