Valera claims its new Masterfrost ice-maker has an output range from 25kg to 280kg per 24-hour period in cooler temperatures, thanks to its unique operating system that keeps the compressor - which usually generates heat during ice production - cool. The compressor also stops running for two minutes during each cycle to save power. Made from 304 stainless steel.
