Elior UK has appointed Dawn Gallimore as its new sales director, to focus on new business growth across the UK within its market sectors of contracts, concessions and related services.
Her hospitality career spans more than 20 years and includes a host of senior roles such as sales director for business and industry at Sodexo, and director, Scotland for BaxterStorey.
Most recently she was account director for one of Compass Group's top three clients, Royal Bank of Scotland.
