Made from the full-fat milk of cows grazing on Argentine pampas grass and cane sugar, dulce de leche is a traditional Argentine sweet spread that can be used as a base for ice-creams, cheesecakes and many other desserts. Similar to caramel, the spread contains 5.9% fat and is available either in a concentrated form suitable for ice-cream bases, in dulce de leche for desserts and baking, or in dulce de leche classic, suitable for rippling. Packed in 1kg and 10kg cans.

PRICE: £11.40 per kg
