
Former head of food development for Admiral Taverns Samantha Pedder has been appointed head of hospitality for Newbury Racecourse for its in-house catering. Pedder will be taking care of all Newbury Racecourse's on-site catering facilities, ensuring quality standards and service at both corporate and public events. Her first task will be to redesign the menus at the racecourse. Pedder said: "We will be offering a break from the expected, unimaginative menus presented across so many UK venues. We will be creating flavourful, fashionable, flexible and fun feasts to recharge the batteries of guests and delegates."
