Bar and restaurant group Drake & Morgan has appointed Lisa Yearwood as general manager of its fifth venue the Drift, in London's Bishopsgate. Previously general manager at the Exhibit in south London, Yearwood's past experience also includes a stint as restaurant manager at the Gatsby in Hertfordshire, where she was responsible for the launch and operation of the independent fine-dining restaurant and cocktail bar.
