The compact DC 1400 Mini Rack Conveyor from DC Catering is designed to fill the gap between pass-through and rack conveyor dishwashers.
The modular, stainless steel unit is just 1,300mm wide and 800mm deep but can clean up to 1,440 plates or 80 racks per hour - surpassing the 20-25 baskets per hour averaged by many pass-through machines. Easy-to-use controls make it less labour intensive than pass-throughs, as does the auto end stop which prevents the machine from running until the clean basket has been removed.
Features include stainless steel wash and rinse arms, a 135kW pump, an emergency stop control and easy-clean filters.
