On-site waste processor from Organic Food Waste Digesters

Tat-G On-Site Organic Digester

The Tat-G On-Site Organic Digester is a continuous organic waste processing system capable of handling a variety of organic materials and cardboard packaging materials by using earthworm processing technology based on sound vermiculture principles.

The system is engineered to provide the right earthworm process environment and flow to recycle food preparation waste, cooked food waste, lawn clippings and other green garden waste, and cardboard and paper.

It is maintained at optimum operating efficiency via a solar powered, electronically controlled moisture reticulation system, which can be adjusted to suit different climatic regions and situations.

Its design is suitable for light commercial application and by-products of the system can be used in and around the user's facilities as the castings are a natural plant food and can eliminate cost of fertiliser purchases. Organic waste is eliminated from landfill, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and eliminating cost of removal.

There are four models, each with different processing capabilities: the Mini will process up to 90-120kg of mixed organic waste per week; Small does 180-250kg; Standard is up to 350kg; and Tandem suits larger mixed organic waste streams of up to 750kg.
