Two larger units have expanded the Toppers range of counter-top heated display units from Victor Manufacturing. The stainless steel HDU40 and HDU40G units, which are just 520mm high, have been designed to accept 4 x GN 1/1 containers.
The gastronorm-compatible tops sit on top of a slimline 1,435mm x 580mm base beneath a quartz heat lamp with a toughened-glass sneeze screen. The HDU40G unit offers a heated glass top in place of the standard stainless steel that would look good in a hotel buffet.
Both models have a 2.2kW loading and come complete with a 2m cable with a fitted plug.
