V-Gen trolley

Moffat's V-Gen trolley is a mobile commercial oven and food servery in one that can be used to regenerate chilled meals from central production units or to cook meals from scratch.

V-Gen offers single or twin compartments and the option of an ambient or refrigerated compartment alongside the oven, with each compartment big enough for eight gastronorm containers or a 40-plate warming rack. Moffat's multi-fan technology allows accurate, energy-efficient regeneration of food that is 55% faster than using standard elements.

As a servery, V-Gen offers top hotplates inset with thermo-panels, a stainless steel gantry with sneeze guard and quartz heating lights and a foldaway front trayslide with space for a cutlery-condiment container. Importantly, the tough, stainless-steel-reinforced unit runs off a 13amp power supply.
