Friday 23 December 2011 12:22

D&D London has appointed Corrado Lamanuzzi as manager of Cantina del Ponte at Butler's Wharf. Lamanuzzi's career began in his native Italy before he moved to London in 2004 to join the then Michelin-starred L'Oranger in St James's. He then went to the Etrusca Restaurant Group and worked his way from head waiter at Percento restaurant at St Paul's to manager of Ebury Street's acclaimed Il Convivio. Lamanuzzi's most recent role was manager of D&D's Savile Row Italian restaurant and bar, Sartoria.
