After 18 years' service, Caprice Holdings chief executive officer Des McDonald is leaving the company.
In a statement the restaurant group said McDonald was leaving to pursue new challenges and that he wouldn't be replaced.
Instead Caprice Holdings is creating two senior operations director roles, reporting to chairman Richard Caring. One is already held by Kieran Terry and the group is currently recruiting for the second.
Caring said: "I have enjoyed working with Des a great deal over the years and wish him every success as he departs to work on projects of his own."
