Brighton & Hove City Council: Provision of catering services

Brighton & Hove City Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced catering contractors to be included on a select list of contractors who will be invited to tender to provide catering and hospitality services to Brighton & Hove City Council at Kings House & Brighton Town Hall from 1st November 2009.

Staff services to be offered include a fully furnished staff restaurant at Kings House and a servery area within Brighton Town Hall that also serves Brighton & Hove City Council staff located within Bartholomew and Priory House. Members and staff hospitality is provided at all of the above locations and varies from a small meeting to the provision of a full Council Meeting at the Town Hall

Annual turnover of the business is around £200,000 per annum. The proposed contract will be for a period of 3 years and 9 months from 1st November 2009 until 31st July 2013, with the opportunity to extend by a further period of two years.

Organisations who can offer a high quality service in line with the above requirements and who have successfully operated similar contracts are invited to register their interests in the above contract by completing our Pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ).

Completed questionnaires together with any supporting documentation should be returned to the above address by 4.00pm on Thursday 2nd April 2009.
