Surrounded by tea fields and yet only a 20-minute drive from the centre of Hangzhou, Amanfayun is the latest luxury hotel from Aman Resorts. Established during the Tang Dynasty, it comprises 47 dwellings that originally housed villagers who tended the tea fields.
