Allan Pickett, head chef at the Great Eastern hotel's Aurora restaurant, is to replace André Garrett at the Orrery.
Pickett takes over at the Marylebone restaurant at the beginning of June and is expected to review menus gradually.
Garrett is leaving to take up the position of head chef at the new Galvin at Windows restaurant at the London Hilton Park Lane hotel, scheduled to open mid May.
