CH&Co has appointed Diane Rollinson as sales director, with particular responsibility for business development of the group's staff catering brand, Charlton House. She joins from contract caterer Graysons, where she was business development director, and before that she was business development manager for Restaurant Associates.
Rollinson began her career in catering as a school chef before progressing into operations and then sales about eight years ago.
