The Royal Institute of British Architects has appointed Leon Secretan as head chef. Secretan was previously at the Law Society where he worked as senior sous chef. He has spent time working alongside Adam Robinson and Dan Evans who were both sous chefs for Alistair Little, and his food philosophy is to keep things simple.
