James Cornewall-Walker has joined caterer Harbour & Jones as director of concessions. With more than 12 years' management experience, he will be tasked with driving the company towards winning new contracts, particularly in the concessions market.
Cornewall-Walker has previously held general manager roles with Searcys at the Royal Opera House and the Barbican. Most recently he was Company of Cooks' general manager of the public catering operation at RHS Garden Wisley.
